Sameer Mathur, the Founder & CEO of SM Consulting, has close to 31 years of experience in the domain of Technology, Learning & Development & Project Management.

Sameer is the Founder & CEO of SM Consulting, a boutique Business & Technology Advisory based out of New Delhi, India.

Sameer did his schooling from DPS R K Puram (New Delhi) in the year 1982. He then completed his BSc. from Hansraj College (Delhi University), post which he completed his MBA (Marketing) in 1989.

Sameer has worked for organisations like NIIT Ltd., Wipro Ltd. and Tata Unisys Ltd. (now part of TCS). He was the Regional Manager (North) for Software Sales at Tata Unisys. He later became the Director (Sales) at Quantm Net Technology Ltd., one of the largest partners of IBM.

Sameer has been an entrepreneur for almost two decades.

Sameer is a Founder Society Member and a Member of the Governing Body at the Asia Pacific Institute of Management, one of the first Management Institutes to be approved by AICTE in Delhi, almost 26 years back.

He sits on the National Managing Committee of Project Management Associates (PMA), an internationally recognised body of Project Managers.

He has had formal certifications on IBM Storage Sales, Siemon Certified Network Installer and is certified on Project Management.

Sameer is a profound public speaker and has spoken on the Business Challenges being faced by the Industry in various forums. He is also a regular contributor to many magazines and blogs.

Cyber Media Publication appointed Sameer as the Consulting Editor of the PC Quest magazine, in 2014 and is a regular contributor to the PC Quest. Sameer is also a regular contributor to the Global Linker portal.

Sameer was recently invited by Zee Television for a Panel discussion on the
“Adoption of Technology by the growing SME Sector in India”

Similar Initiative was carried out for ICICI Bank to address customer and an invite only event for Business Owners to discuss various Business Challenges & How to Handle them using Technology solutions.
Sameer was invited to speak on similar issues by Zee Business TV and India Mart at Jaipur & other cities.
Sameer has also worked closely with the Ministry of MSME and FICCI, on how best to address this issue.
