At Redwood Learning, we feel it is critical to draw in with the social challenges that face humankind. It is our conviction that the commitment to social issues must be profound, significant, and framed on the bedrock of long-term responsibility; for that is the only route by which change can occur on the ground. Therefore, we run our social project on a solid establishment of moral standards and a very able administration. By investing in skills and education of adult learners, we wish to create a profound difference in their lives as well as the community. Redwood Learning CSR initiative is set up by the promoters of SM Consulting, a New Delhi based Technology & Business Advisory. To shape the mandate, Redwood has launched a number of programs that would positively impact the underprivileged sections of the society through various educational interventions. The intent of Redwood is to better understand the education and employability. issues at the grassroots level and build sustainable training intervention models. All its actions are driven by a necessity and resolve, not only to offer free education to the underprivileged children, but also to create opportunities that enable their holistic development. We wish to bridge the gap of poor communication skills, a lack of confidence or, poor coping abilities by working on their soft skills. This initiative would benefit trainees from lower socio-economic backgrounds who would have been conditioned very differently due to difficult circumstances, and make a connection between practice and skills essential for employability. We invite Schools to register for this CSR initiative purely on a pro bono basis.
